Youth (Episode 377)

The Youth delivered a box for Elsie Tanner to 11 Coronation Street one evening in July 1964. She was out at a part-time job which she had been extremely mysterious about and refused to elaborate to anyone exactly what she was doing. Before Ena Sharples could take possession of the item, Val Barlow came out from next door and took the box off the youth saying she would pass it onto Elsie’s son Dennis. He was inside No.9 at the time and opened the box in Val and Ken Barlow's presence. They were all surprised to see it was a Grecian urn. More mystified than ever, Dennis followed Elsie the next evening and discovered that she was modelling at an art school and the urn was one of her props.
