The unnamed Woman attended an LGBTQI charity event at Weatherfield Town Hall in April 2017.
While she was there, the woman took photos of Sally Metcalfe while she was delivering her speech and then left. Sally's husband Tim confronted the woman, believing that she was the person who had been trolling his wife.
Angry with who he believed to be the troll, Tim asked the woman what she was posting and then demanded that she give him the phone. Tim became more physical in his demand for the phone and was bit by the woman when she was trying to defend herself. A security officer intervened in the situation and Tim was later arrested for harassing her.
