William Danson (born 1948 in Ashton-under-Lyne) is a musician, singer and entertainer who appeared on Coronation Street in November 1986, with his singing partner of the time, Karen Frost, in their real-life act "Carnival" when they performed in the Rovers.
He previously performed in the bands "The Bushmen" and "Florida Beach" and has since performed with a new partner, Jamie Rae, in the duo "Dance On".
