Will Mellor (born 3rd April 1976 in Stockport) appeared on Coronation Street intermittently between March 2021 and March 2024 as drugs gangster Harvey Gaskell.
He made his television debut in Children's Ward but came to prominence in 1995 playing Jambo Bolton in the newly-launched Hollyoaks, whom he portrayed for the next three years. He has since starred in Casualty, Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, Barking!, Broadchurch, In the Club, No Offence and guest roles in Murder Investigation Team, Where the Heart Is, Sorted, The Street, EastEnders, Merlin, Agatha Christie's Marple, Waterloo Road, White Van Man, In with the Flynns, Dates, Death in Paradise, Line of Duty and Sanctuary.
Film roles include Miss Conception, The Reeds and Of Gods and Warriors.
His television profile gained him a recording contract with two top 30 hits and he used his vocal talents in the stage musical Oh, What a Night.
