The Waiter worked at the Chariot Square Hotel where Lewis Archer had a meeting with a mystery woman in December 2018. He was followed there by Gail Rodwell who was determined to find proof to back up her suspicions that he was out to fleece her mother Audrey again and sat in a part of the bar watching him.
The waiter pointed out to Gail that the bar wasn't a waiting room when she declined a drink and to get rid of him she asked for a glass of whatever he recommended. For some hours, she watched Lewis and the woman talking as she sipped several more glasses of finest champagne and was shocked when a bill for £51 was given to her.
