Vincent "Vinny" Sorrell was a drayman who delivered to the Rovers Return Inn who lost his job at Nuttall's Brewery when they found he was working on the side at the Rovers - and who then got a full-time job there.
At the Millennium it was revealed that Vinny has a secret lovechild, Lisa, who lives with her mother at 17 Bradbury Road, Salford.
