The Van Driver was making deliveries to begin the refurbishment of Nick Tilsley’s new bar and, leaving his van on the pavement outside the corner shop, was almost double parked with another one outside The Kabin, causing an obstruction. Sunita Alahan asked him to move, saying he was almost parked in her pickles and sauces. He, in turn, said the problem was her flowers (“It’s almost Kew Gardens”) and suggested she move the display instead.
