Tristan de Vere Cole (born 16th March,1935 in Redruth, Cornwall) worked as a director on 4 episodes of Coronation Street in 1977. His other credits include Doctor Who, Survivors, Emmerdale Farm, Howards' Way and The Long and the Short and the Tall, performed by the crew of the aircraft carrier HMS Centaur, during its cruise (1959 -1960) in the Far East.
