Tricia Wilcock appeared on Coronation Street in two roles: firstly in May 1991 as Lara Warren, who interviewed and recruited Deirdre Barlow for a telesales position; and she returned to the programme in March 1993 as social worker, Patricia Nabie, who visited Vera Duckworth when she took guardianship of her orphaned grandson, Tom Duckworth.

Sometimes credited as "Patricia Wilcock", her other credits include roles in Coasting, Brookside, Medics, Stay Lucky, Cardiac Arrest, Peak Practice, Emmerdale, Bernard's Watch and This Is Personal: The Hunt for the Yorkshire Ripper.

On stage, she appeared in productions of Nothing Compares to You and I Have Been Here Before.

While for radio, she was heard in Naked Nuns, Charity Ends at Home, Tarra Lengy and A Raging Fury.
