Tina Harris appeared on Coronation Street between February and March 2019 as DS Smith, who led the manhunt for Clayton Hibbs when he was sprung from his fifteen-year prison sentence for the murder of Kylie Platt.
She trained at the Arts Educational School.

On stage, she appeared in productions of The Open Couple, The Comedy of Errors, Slice of Saturday Night, Back Before Midnight, Animal Farm, Boeing Boeing, Frankie and Johnny in the Claire de Lune, A Bit of Fo and Rame, Abigail's Party, Allo Allo, Good Vibrations, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Party to Murder, Dorothy Was Right Though, Lit, Dangerous Space, One Act Play, Antony and Cleopatra, Skellig and The Seagull.
She is also a comedy screen writer and director and has a TV comedy crime drama she has co-written in development with a well known production company.
