Tiggsy was the accomplice of escaped fugitive Rob Donovan.
In May 2017, Tiggsy met up with Rob and the two discussed the possibility of getting Rob out of the country in a storage container. Tiggsy told Rob that he would have a much greater chance of escape if he abandoned Tracy and Amy Barlow. Rob told Tiggsy that the possibility of him abandoning Tracy and Amy was not up for debate.
Tiggsy warned Rob that taking Tracy and Amy with him would put the price of the escape up. Rob told Tiggsy that he did not have the necessary money and demanded that he lower the price. Rob reminded Tiggsy that he had saved his life while in prison and threatened to "end him" if he couldn't get them out of the country.
