Thomas Lappin (born in County Armagh, Northern Ireland) appeared on Coronation Street as an unnamed Waiter in both June 2005 and January 2006.

He graduated from the University of Surrey in 1993 with a B.A. (Hons) Degree in Drama. Since then he has worked in theatre, film, television and radio with minor credited roles in The Pan Loaf, Crossmaheart, Shergar and Eureka Street.

Notable theatre performances include Charlie Conlan in the UK number one tour of Stones in his Pockets and Fergal in Women on the Verge at the Oldham Coliseum. He has also appeared in both The Crucible and The Merchant of Venice at the Lyric Theatre, Belfast and most recently he played four characters in the acclaimed production of Hamlet at Lancaster Castle which was short-listed for the Peter Brook/Equity Ensemble Award.
