Actor, television presenter and radio broadcaster Ted Robbins (born 11th August 1955 in Liverpool) has appeared on Coronation Street in three minor roles:
- A club DJ where the Underworld girls took bride-to-be Linda Sykes on her hen night in September 2000
- Officer McAlister - a guard at Highfield Prison where John Stape was incarcerated during the autumn of 2009
- Brendan Finch, the editor of The Inexplicable publication from October 2015 to January 2016
His other credits include Kate and Ted's Show, That Peter Kay Thing, The League of Gentlemen, City Central, Dalziel and Pascoe, Merseybeat, Holby City, Phoenix Nights, Heartbeat, Little Britain, The Chase, Come Fly with Me, The Slammer, Diddy TV and spin-off Diddy Movies, ChuckleVision, Benidorm, Mount Pleasant and Emmerdale. He also penned the 1997 TV movie entitled Animal Madness.
