| A short biography but one whose length befits the small role that Phyllis played. Most of Phyllis's storylines revolved around Percy so the lack of a relationship section does hurt the article. The Des section could be a lot longer as well. No other sections started. | |||||||

Chalkie Whiteley wasn't Phyllis Pearce's son-in-law, her son-in-law was Bob Whiteley, Phyllis and Chalkie shared a grandson - Craig Whiteley, can someone, change this in the opening paragraph, many thanks.
Yes and Craig's mother was Phyllis' daughter Margaret who died of cancer. Craig and his father emigrated to Australia so poor Phyllis had no family left in her later years... just Percy to persue. Carterboi33 (talk) 16:49, November 11, 2019 (UTC)
