Susan Margaret Vincent (born 9th March 1968 in Haslingden, Lancashire) appeared on Coronation Street intermittently between July 2006 and May 2013 as a Weatherfield General-based midwife.
Her other television credits include roles in Casualty, If..., EastEnders, The Amazing Mrs Pritchard, BBC Nought, Mount Pleasant, Prisoners Wives, Shameless, Holby City, Bad Move, Alma's Not Normal, The Madame Blanc Mysteries, Waterloo Road, Blindspot and Break Clause.
Film roles include the 2012 feature-length comedy All in Good Time, along with the shorts The Everglades, Office Politics, Rise of the Appliances and Smile (which won Best Short Film at BAFTA Cymru 2024).
On stage, she appeared in productions including Four Seasons, The Comedy Project Sketch Show, Mutton, French Paste, Kes (A Kestrel for a Knave), Office Party, Colin Hoult's Real Horror Show, The Good Person of Sichuan and The Rise and Fall of Little Voice.
She is married to comedian Paul Harry Allen, with whom she has both written and performed. She also co-writes with Sally Lindsay, who herself appeared on Coronation Street in the regular role of Shelley Unwin.
