Stillwaters Later Life Luxury Living is a luxury retirement complex located outside of Weatherfield.

Coronation Street resident Ken Barlow and his partner Claudia Colby moved to the complex in February 2020. There Ken crossed paths with his former neighbour Norris Cole, who he himself had just recently moved to the place with his fiance Freda Burgess. Ken didn't stick around the complex due to missing his home, and returned to Coronation Street in April that year.

Stillwaters lost one of their residents after Norris passed away following a stroke in September 2021.

Background

The scenes at Stillwaters were recorded on location at Colshaw Hall, a grade II house in Peover Superior, Cheshire built in 1903 which is now a venue for weddings and other events.
