Stephenson Ardern-Sodje was a storyliner on Coronation Street from July to August 2015 with 39 episodes to his credit.
He gained an English degree for Creative Writing from Brunel University and concentrated on this aspect of his career for some time, including Coronation Street where he won a place on the "ITV Coronation Street Original Voices" scheme which included a ten week paid internship in the story department. He then decided to move into acting after seeing an advert for an open audition for the West Musical Hamilton in 2016. He studied an MA in Musical Theatre at the Royal Academy of Music and successfully gained the lead part in Hamilton one year later, later moving on to be a member of The Globe Theatre in London.
