Stephen Chapman (born November 1960 appeared on Coronation Street in six roles:

- Roger Hinde, who was best man at Richard Hillman's wedding to Gail Platt in July 2002
- Derek Anderson, the solicitor representing Tracy Barlow when she was charged with the attempted murder of Charlie Stubbs in January 2007
- Underworld client Neil Trindley in April 2012
- The factory owner who employed Caz Hammond at Atherton Furnishings in November 2016
- Cliff Tranton, a solicitor specialising in child custody cases, who met up with potential clients Gus and Anthea Deering in December 2024.
He trained at the Manchester Polytechnic School of Acting.
His other credits include appearances in A Mind to Kill, Emmerdale, City Central, Heartbeat, Peak Practice, Clocking Off, Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, Twisted Tales, The Street, The Royal, Hollyoaks, Waterloo Road, Shameless, Belgravia and After the Flood, along with the films FairyTale: A True Story and The Levelling.
