Sir Trevor McDonald (OBE) (Born George McDonald) is a Trinidadian-British newsreader and journalist.
In 2000, he had made a guest appearance in Coronation Street for its 40th Anniversary Celebrations where he gave a news broadcast about Prince Charles visit to Weatherfield and meeting Councillor Audrey Roberts.
