Simon Kunz (born 8th May 1954) appeared on Coronation Street between March and April 2007 as Mark Sinclair, a barrister involved with Tracy Barlow's murder trial.

He attended London's Latymer School before reading Theatre Studies at the University of Warwick and became the drummer in the band "The Locomotives" in 1984, however he left the band in the following year after deciding to concentrate on his acting career.

On television his many credits include roles in Between the Lines, Minder, Pie in the Sky, Highlander, Frontiers, Spaced, Hippies, Waking the Dead, Doctors, Keen Eddie, Casualty, Green Wing, The Bill, Heartbeat, Hustle, Ashes to Ashes, Sherlock, Endeavour and Midsomer Murders, while on the bigger screen he has appeared in Four Weddings and a Funeral, The Young Poisoner's Handbook, The Parent Trap, The Affair of the Necklace, Red Mercury, Trance and Get Santa.

His theatre credits include productions of Richard III, As You Like It, King Lear, The Caretaker, Live Like Pigs and The Park.
