Sandra Jane Huggett (born 20th September 1973 in Surrey) appeared on Coronation Street intermittently between November 2016 and December 2019 as DS MacKinnon.
She studied Drama at Mountview Theatre School.
Best known for her role of Holly Hart in Channel 5's Family Affairs from 1997 until 1999, her other credits include roles in Casualty, Doctors, According to Bex, Vincent, Goldplated, Leaving, In the Flesh, In the Club, The Miniaturist, Hetty Feather, Grantchester, The Devil's Hour, Breeders and Mandy, along with the films Amy Foster and Lady Chatterley's Lover.
On stage, she appeared in productions of Lone Star Mark Three, Bedroom Farce, Same Time Next Year, The Very Nearly Love Life Of My Friend Paul, Howard Barker - The Possibilities, Happy Families, Same Time Next Week and Liberation.
