Ken and Deirdre Barlow collect Ken's company car from Roscoe's
Roscoe's Showroom was where Ken and Deirdre Barlow picked up Ken's Clarion Group company car, a red Vauxhall Astra estate, in March 1988. They were attended to by a salesman who told them that as the Clarion Group was a valued customer, the service manager Mr Terry would give them his personal attention if they had a problem. The Barlows were in the middle of discussing whether to sell their Vauxhall Cavalier when the car pulled up. They were unimpressed to see the Clarion Group logo plastered over the front and sides.
