Roger Caulfield was an estate agent who was commissioned to sell 13 Coronation Street when Sally Webster planned to marry Danny Hargreaves and move to a new house on The Willows development. Unfortunately, everything fell apart when Sally confessed to Danny that she had slept with her ex, Kevin, the previous January on the night before his own wedding to Alison Wakefield. The two split and No.13 was taken off the market, but the news didn't reach Mr Caulfield in time and he, with a set of keys, turned up with interested couple Mr and Mrs Greenwood to show them round and still found Sally in residence. Finding it hard to keep herself from crying, Sally demanded the keys back and threw the three of them out of her home.
