Rachel Sanders appeared on Coronation Street in December 1998 as Detective Inspector Daley, who investigated the Etheric Foundation and Ashley Peacock's claim that Zoe Tattersall had been abducted by the cult.
Her other credits include roles in Screen Two, Picking up the Pieces, Starhunter, Doctors, The Bill and TV movies Thicker Than Water and The Wyvern Mystery. On stage she has appeared in productions of Rosa Carnivora, Richard III, The Tempest, Silence, The Four Seasons, Revelations, His Dark Materials, Cariad, Osama the Hero, Top Girls, Absolute Beginners, Romeo and Juliet and War Horse.
