The Prison Warden was one of the staff on duty at Redford Prison during the visiting session when Ken and Deirdre Barlow made their initial visit to daughter Tracy after her application for bail got rejected at the preliminary hearing of the trial for the murder of Charlie Stubbs.

The warden informed the room that the visiting session was over, with Ken and Deirdre having to leave Tracy after an emotional farewell.
