Peter Collingwood (born 6th May 1920 in Kent, died 23rd September 2016 in Sydney, Australia) appeared on Coronation Street in November 1964 as Commercial Bank manager Mr Powell, dealing with customers Jack and Annie Walker.
His other television credits include Little Lord Fauntleroy, Glencannon, The Little Ship, Knight Errant Limited, No Hiding Place, The Persuers, Emergency-Ward 10, Homicide, Phoenix Five, The Company Men, Are You Being Served?, A Country Practice, The Last Bastion, Home and Away, All Saints and Always Greener.
Film roles include River Beat, Sailor Beware, The Green Helmet, Adam's Woman, Picnic at Hanging Rock, Deathcheaters, Les Patterson Saves the World, Billy's Holiday and Moulin Rouge!.
On stage, he appeared in productions of King Stag, The Shadow of Doubt, The Devil's Disciple, Olive Ogilvie, Inadmissible Evidence, Meals on Wheels and Aren't We All?.
