Paul Hine (born May 1979) appeared on Coronation Street in May 2008 as an estate agent who gave valuations on both no's 4 and 13 Coronation Street when the Peacock and the Webster families agreed to a house-swap.
He graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University's School of Theatre in 2003 with a BA in Theatre.
His other credits include roles in Jane Hall, The Royal Today, Emmerdale and Lost in Austen, along with the 2013 film Logos (which he also co-wrote and produced).
On stage, he appeared in productions of Antony and Cleopatra, Trial by Jury and Romeo and Juliet at The Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester.
