Paul Albertson (born 1969 in Hertfordshire) appeared on Coronation Street in two roles: firstly between March and April 2011 as solicitor Mark Bright, representing Kevin Webster in divorce proceedings against wife Sally; and he returned to the programme between March and April 2023 as Marco Sweeney, the first-love of Beth Sutherland.
His other TV credits include roles in Pie in the Sky, The Bill, Casualty, Heartbeat, Extras, Love Soup, Doctors, Missing, Sherlock, Holby City, All at Sea, Drifters, Craftsmen of Creativity, EastEnders and Marriage. On film he has appeared in Salvation, The Honourable Rebel, King Arthur: Excalibur Rising, Radioactive, and the shorts Babysitting, Nathan Hale, Lawn of the Dead, El Fuego, Police and Scenes from the Life of a Priest.
Stage productions include The People Next Door, Pal Joey, The Relapse, White Fang, Summit Conference, Damages, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance and The Little Pony.
