The Paramedic and her colleague brought Sarah Platt into Weatherfield General when she went into labour five weeks prematurely in March 2016. When they arrived at the hospital, she parked Sarah up with David Platt and Todd Grimshaw while she went and told someone in authority that the patient had arrived. She later gave birth to Harry Platt by a Caesarean section.
Just under four years later, in January 2021, she and a colleague took Abi Franklin to hospital after she had collapsed, drugged by Benzos administered by crooked developer Ray Crosby as he attempted to get hold of some incriminating footage that Abi had on her phone of his bribing a council official. As the patient was put into the ambulance, and not knowing the cause, the paramedic questioned Abi's partner Kevin Webster as to what he knew, as they had spotted no sign of injury or trauma on her. Kevin had to admit that she had been a drug addict but had been clean for several months.
