Ozzy is the pet dog of Maria Connor who she bought for her boyfriend and future husband Liam Connor.
In 2008, he went missing when Liam and Maria where at the Lake District and Liam slipped and fell off a cliff while trying to look for him.
The dog provided a source of comfort for Maria when she lost Liam in a car accident arranged by Tony Gordon in October 2008. She also took him to the funeral.
Ozzy is currently living with Maria's brother Kirk Sutherland since she moved to Ireland to stay with Liam's parents when Tony was exposed and arrested for the murder.
