Owen Aaronovitch (born 29th November 1956 in Hampstead, London) appeared on Coronation Street in three roles:
- An ambulance man who brought Percy Sugden back to 3 Coronation Street when he was discharged from Weatherfield General in March 1990
- An estate agent handling the sale of 7 Coronation Street on behalf of Rita Fairclough in March 1992
- Con man Jon Lindsay, appearing between May 1997 and April 1998.
Educated at Dame Alice Owen's School in Islington, he completed a three-year acting course at Newcastle Polytechnic in 1980.
His other credits include roles in Prime Suspect, The Bill, A Touch of Frost, Cracker, Emmerdale, Heartbeat, Reckless, New Voices, Sunnyside Farm, Holby City, The Courtroom, Doctors and The Tudors, along with the 2015 film Brothers of War.
Owen is the brother of the journalist David Aaronovitch and author Ben Aaronovitch. He is married to actress Fiona Bruce, who herself appeared on Coronation Street. The couple have two children.
