The Obstetrician at Weatherfield General examined Sinead Tinker following her twelve-week scan in October 2018 when she admitted that she'd been experiencing some bleeding while pregnant.
After discovering a lump on Sinead's cervix, the obstetrician called her colleague in to provide a second opinion. Upon review, the professionals sat Sinead down to tell her that they feared that the lump may be cancerous and that they would need to book her in for a biopsy. After Sinead pushed them for more information, they revealed that terminating her pregnancy would be the best solution if the lump turned out to be cervical cancer.
