Natalie Jane Anderson (born 24th October 1981 in Bradford) appeared on Coronation Street intermittently between April and September 2025 as Danielle Silverton, wife of scaffolder, Theo Silverton, who also began a same-sex relationship with Todd Grimshaw.
She began dancing at the age of five and attended the Intake School in Leeds where she excelled in Drama and Music, and graduated from the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts (LIPA) with a BA (Hons) in Acting in 2003.
Perhaps best known for her roles of nurse Stella Davenport in The Royal from 2005 to 2008, Alicia Metcalfe in Emmerdale from 2010 to 2015 and Lexi Calder in Hollyoaks from 2021 to 2022, her other credits include roles in The Biz, Dalziel and Pascoe, Holby City, Wire in the Blood, Casualty, Happy Valley, Boiling Point and Fool Me Once, along with the films Freight and Memory.
On stage, she appeared in productions of Wicked, Exposure, Romeo and Juliet, Fat Friends, Pop Music and Twelfth Night.
A highly skilled mezzo-soprano singer, she narrowly missed out on a place in the live final of the first series of Pop Idol and released an album and multiple singles throughout her career.
