Michael Neary (born May 1968 in Liverpool) appeared on Coronation Street between March and April 2007 as the usher present at Weatherfield Crown Court during the trial of Tracy Barlow, charged with the murder of Charlie Stubbs.
He graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1993 with a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature/Drama and Theatre Studies.
His other credits include roles in Hearts and Minds, Nice Guy Eddie, My Parents Are Aliens, Phoenix Nights, Cold Feet and Moving On.
On stage, he appeared in productions including An Audience with Lesley Garratt, Twisted Christmas, For the Best and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.
He is also a musician and senior tutor, working with several colleges.
