Mickey Hegarty

Mickey Hegarty was a young thug and friend of Toyah Battersby, who with his friend Pete Hickman tried to rape Leanne Battersby after a drinking session with Toyah at 5 Coronation Street. They later went on to rob the corner shop, tipping Maud Grimes out of her wheelchair, and then stole Les Battersby's Lada before being arrested when Toyah confessed to the police.
