Michael Thoma (born Vancouver, Canada) appeared on Coronation Street in December 1986 as Richard Armstrong, the half-brother of Gloria Todd.
His other credits include roles in American Playhouse, the 1989 feature film Major League, the TV movies The Shaft of Love, Strong Medicine, Spy, Treasure Island, A Killer Among Us and the shorts I See You & Me, Caulder's View and Who the Hell Is Nigel?.
On stage, he appeared in a 1985 UK touring production of The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial.
