Melinda Calvert was the headmistress of Bessie Street School.
Brian Packham paid a visit to Melinda's office in December 2018 in order to report deputy headteacher Phil Gillespie for making his life a misery. Melinda decided to get the pair together to talk things through and, when Phil pretended that he was unaware about the strain he had been piling onto Brian, Melinda considered the issue resolved.
