Ties to Weatherfield[]
Fiona Middleton moved to Melbourne after separating from her husband John Brooker. They had raised Emma Brooker as their own daughter, even though John knew that her real father was Steve McDonald. Emma discovered the truth after the death of John, causing a rift between her and her mother as she felt she had been living a lie all her life. Fiona was willing to fly over to see her and discuss the matter but Emma told her to stay away from her.
