Mayfield Court was a retirement home in Weatherfield. It was built on the site of the Weatherfield May Field, where the town's annual May Fair had historically been held. In July 1996 a proposal was put forward to rename the building Alfred Robert's Court, but the residents launched a protest.
The home's residents have included Phyllis Pearce, Lily Dempsey, Maud Grimes and Percy Sugden.
