She has also written for Nuts and Bolts and Crossroads. An actress as well as a writer, she trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and has appeared in The Bill, London's Burning, Casualty, Canterbury Tales, Holby City, Torchwood, Doctors, EastEnders, Stella, Agatha Christie's Poirot, Call The Midwife and Down the Caravan as well as the films Goal! Sway and Caught in the Act.
