Mason Radcliffe was a student at Weatherfield High who bullied Liam Connor.
Mason first began to affect the lives of the residents in September 2023, when he accidentally clipped Eliza Woodrow with the wing mirror of a car he was driving through the Weatherfield Precinct, which he had stolen. He later ordered Liam and his friend Dylan Wilson to tell the police that they were with him at the time of the incident, which the pair reluctantly agreed to.
Later that month, Daniel Osbourne and Ryan Connor were walking through the precinct when Mason and some other boys started verbally attacking Ryan over his scars from the acid attack he and Daisy Midgeley suffered at the hands of Justin Rutherford. Mason called Ryan a freak, which caused the latter to go for Mason, only for him to be pulled away by Daniel, who told Mason and his group to leave the area.
Over the following months, Mason befriended Dylan. This friendship resulted in Dylan losing his job as a paperboy at The Kabin, as, after he got on the wrong side of Mason, Mason decided to spoil the newspapers Dylan was delivering. Mason also began bullying Liam on a regular basis. He would throw Liam's school bag around, bring up Liam's late father's death, destroy his school projects and at one point, he pulled a knife on Liam, after Liam had tried to stand up to him. The bullying was discovered by Maria Connor, Liam's mother and Liam's stepfather Gary Windass, the latter of whom physically attacked Mason for his constant bullying of Liam.
