Martin Sterling (born 1962 in Manchester) is a storyliner on Coronation Street, working on the position between March 2005 and March 2008, from December 2008 to July 2019 and from January 2020 onwards with 3783 episodes to his credit to date. He also contributed 6 of his own scripts to the programme in 2008 when he wasn't fulfilling storyliner duties. He wrote the video spots for Norris Cole's Twitter Page during the week of Peter Barlow's trial and the website content for Just Rosie in 2011. Aside from Tony Warren and Eric Spear he is the most credited member of the production staff of the programme in its history.
