Martin Oldfield (born September 1945 in Macclesfield) was either seen or heard on Coronation Street in six roles:
- Tom Hudson, a Community Development Officer for Weatherfield Metropolitan Borough Council in August 1983
- Mr Reeman, a private detective hired by Angela Hawthorne to follow husband Derek Wilton in December 1987
- A motorist who picked up Joanne Khan in July 1990
- Solicitor Edward Welch who represented Bet Lynch upon her return to the area in June 2002
- A radio announcer heard in December 2005
- A commentator heard in December 2008.
Also a renowned voice-over artist, his other television credits include roles in Crown Court, All Creatures Great and Small, Emmerdale Farm, Brookside, Albion Market, The Bill, Grange Hill, EastEnders, Heartbeat, Casanova, Hollyoaks, DCI Banks, Vera and Cold Feet.
Film roles include A Flame to the Phoenix, Gunpowder, Vroom, Charlotte Gray and The Mark of Cain.
On stage, he appeared in productions of Pride and Prejudice and Pierrepoint: The Hangman's Tale.
