Mari Rowland Hughes appeared in Coronation Street in October 2019 as Llio Fychan, the midwife who delivered Gemma Winter and Chesney Brown's quadruplets.
She trained at RADA and has also appeared in The District Nurse, Theatre Night, A Sense of Guilt, Outside Time, Doctor Elen, Rhag Pob Brad, Casualty, Dim Ond y Gwir and Hidden, as well as the film The Proposition.
On the stage, she has appeared in a production of Hedda Gabler.
