Malcolm Hebden (born 5th March, 1940) is a British actor most famous for his role on Coronation Street as nosey newsagent Norris Cole, a part he played intermmitently between 1994 and 1997, before coming back to the programme as a permenant character in 1999, where he remains to this day. Malcolm also appeared on the Street from 1974 to 1975 as Spaniard Carlos, a love interest of Bet Lynch. Between these two roles he also appeared in the Street spin-off The Brothers McGregor.
His other credits include Juliet Bravo, A Bit Of A Do and Last Of The Summer Wine.
