Louise Anna Imogen Harrison was born 26th November, 1962 in Cheshire. She decided to become an actress while at boarding school and trained at the Welsh College of Music and Drama, gaining her first role in 1987 with parts in A Very Peculiar Practice, Gentlemen and Players and The River.
She appeared throughout 1989 in the irregular role of Dawn Prescott in Coronation Street and soon afterwards played in The Odd Couple at the Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester. Further television roles followed including a regular role in The Bill for almost five years from 1991 onwards. Further television roles followed before Louise took a change in direction in her career and studied film production at the National Film School. Her acting career has since continued with parts in Heartbeat and Doctors while also producing short films.
