Louisa Tatlock was the wife of Alfred Tatlock and mother to William and Mary Tatlock.
In the early 1900s, Louisa and Alfred were living at Victoria Street and took their grandchildren, Albert and Alfred, in when William and his wife Emmeline died from TB in 1906. Both Louisa and Alfred fell prey to TB themselves around 1910, leaving Mary and her husband Thomas to find alternative lodgings for Albert and Alfred over a shop on Rosamund Street.
