Llio Fychan was a midwife based at Saint Tudno Hospital in Llandudno who aided with the birth of Gemma Winter and Chesney Brown's quadruplets in October 2019.
When Gemma was brought in to the hospital, paramedic Aled Ifans informed Llio of the situation; that her first baby had already been born and she was in labour with the other three. Llio told Gemma she was going to get her prepared for theatre and took the first baby so it could be moved to the neonatal unit. Llio told Chesney he wouldn't be allowed in theatre with Gemma, so he went to neonatal with Llio and the baby. After the caesarean section, Llio informed Chesney that Gemma was fine and helped bring in his next three babies. Although premature the quadruplets were born healthy, and in honour of Llio, Gemma and Chesney named one of them Llio Winter-Brown.
