Deirdre Rachid Conspiracy to obtain a mortgage by fraud, obtaining a credit card by deception, 2 counts of obtaining goods and services by deception & 8 counts of illicitly withdrawing sums of £500 Guilty (18 months imprisonment) Deirdre was convicted despite being innocent of all crimes. Acquitted in April 1998 when Jon's wife Mary Docherty provided proof of Deirdre's innocence.
Jez Quigley Murder of Tony Horrocks 7th August 2000 - 11th August 2000 Weatherfield Crown Court Not guilty Jez was acquitted despite being guilty of the crime.
Jim McDonald Manslaughter of Jez Quigley 30th November 2000 - 1st December 2000 Weatherfield Crown Court Guilty (8 years imprisonment) Jim pleaded guilty in the hope he would get a reduced sentence. Released in November 2007 on good behaviour.
Ken Barlow Assault on Aidan Critchley 6th January 2003 Weatherfield Magistrates Court Guilty (12 month conditional discharge) Ken pleaded guilty to the crime.
Les Battersby Assault on Mick Hopwood 19th May 2003 Weatherfield Crown Court Guilty (6 months imprisonment) Les was convicted despite being innocent of the crime. Released in August 2003.
Rita Sullivan Assault causing actual bodily harm on a minor 2nd February 2004 Weatherfield Magistrates Court Guilty (£500 fine & £500 compensation)
Scooter Makuna Theft 29th July 2005 Weatherfield Magistrates Court Guilty (£100 fine & community service) Scooter pleaded not guilty to the crime.
Kelly Crabtree 5 counts of theft 24th May 2006 Weatherfield Magistrates Court Guilty (25 weeks imprisonment (suspended for 2 years)) Kelly pleaded guilty despite being innocent of all crimes.
Tracy Barlow Murder of Charlie Stubbs 26th March 2007 - 2nd April 2007 Weatherfield Courts of Justice Guilty (Life imprisonment (15 years minimum)) Released on bail in December 2010 when a forensic expert from her trial was found to have falsified qualifications.
Kevin Webster Assault on John Stape 11th January 2008 Weatherfield Magistrates Court Guilty (28 day custodial sentence) Released in late January 2008.
David Platt Multiple counts of criminal damage and assault 11th April 2008 - 18th April 2008 Weatherfield Magistrates Court Guilty (4 months detention & training order) David pleaded guilty to all crimes. Released in June 2008.
Becky Granger Criminal damage 26th November 2008 Weatherfield Magistrates Court Not guilty Becky was acquitted despite being guilty of the crime.
John Stape Kidnap and false imprisonment of Rosie Webster 19th January 2009 Weatherfield Crown Court Guilty (2 years imprisonment (1 year for parole)) Released in November 2009.
Gary Windass Malicious wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm 2nd March 2009 Weatherfield Crown Court Not guilty Gary was acquitted when Tina McIntyre admitted that it was David Platt who started the fight between him and Gary.

Fiz Stape Murder of Joy Fishwick, Charlotte Hoyle & Colin Fishwick 24th October 2011 - 27th October 2011 Weatherfield Crown Court Guilty (Murder of Colin Fishwick; Life imprisonment (15 years minimum)) Fiz was found guilty despite being innocent of all crimes. Acquitted in November 2011 after the real culprit, her husband John Stape confessed to all his crimes.
Frank Foster Rape of Carla Connor 30th January 2012 - 3rd February 2012 Weatherfield Crown Court Not guilty Frank was acquitted despite being guilty of the crime.
Tyrone Dobbs 3 counts of actual bodily harm on Kirsty Soames 25th March 2013 - 29th March 2013 Weatherfield Crown Court Not guilty Tyrone was acquitted after Kirsty burst into court and admitted that she was the one abusing Tyrone.
Peter Barlow Murder of Tina McIntyre 13th October 2014 - 20th October 2014 Weatherfield Crown Court Guilty (Life imprisonment (15 years minimum)) Peter was convicted despite being innocent of the crime. Released in November 2014 when the real culprit, Rob Donovan, was arrested and charged.

Maria Connor Unlawfully helping an illegal immigrant remain in the country 24th December 2016 Guilty (12 months imprisonment) Maria pleaded guilty to the crime. Released in March 2017.

Billy Mayhew Assault on Peter Barlow 21st December 2017 Weatherfield Magistrates Court Guilty (community service) Billy pleaded guilty to the crime.
Anna Windass Grievous bodily harm 19th January 2018 - 22nd January 2018 Weatherfield Crown Court Guilty (5 years imprisonment) Anna was convicted despite being innocent of the crime. Released on bail in May 2018 after the truth about Pat Phelan's crimes came to light.
David Platt Grievous bodily harm 23rd May 2018 Weatherfield Crown Court Guilty (18 months imprisonment (suspended for 2 years) & 100 hours community service) David's sentence was reduced when Gary Windass refused to testify and defended David in court.
Abi Franklin Criminal damage, theft & resisting arrest 16th November 2018 Weatherfield Magistrates Court Guilty (16 week custodial sentence) Abi pleaded guilty to all crimes despite being innocent of criminal damage. Released in January 2019.
Duncan Radfield Fraud, bribery & money laundering 21st November 2018 - 26th November 2018 Weatherfield Crown Court Guilty (2 year suspended sentence & 200 hours community service)
Sally Metcalfe Guilty (4 years imprisonment & return stolen money) Sally was convicted, despite being innocent of all crimes, as she was framed by Duncan. Sally was released in January 2019 after Duncan's presumed dead wife May Radfield convinced him to tell the truth.
Johnny Connor Perverting the course of justice 6th February 2019 Weatherfield Crown Court Not guilty Johnny and Jenny's cases were dismissed when Liz McDonald couldn't bring herself to testify against them.

Nick Tilsley Theft & money laundering 12th July 2019 Weatherfield Crown Court Guilty (2 years imprisonment (suspended for 2 years)) Nick pleaded guilty to both crimes. Nick's sentence was suspended due to it being his first offence and because of his brain injury.
David Platt Money laundering Guilty (4 months imprisonment & 4 months on licence) David pleaded guilty to the crime. David was given a custodial sentence because his previous suspended sentence was activated.

Max Turner Encouragement of terrorism Guilty (10 month detention & training order (5 months minimum)) Max pleaded guilty to the crime.
Damon Hay Possession of a class A substance with intent to supply 12th April 2023 Weatherfield Magistrates Court Not guilty Damon was acquitted despite being guilty of the crime after evidence was found inadmissible.
Paul Foreman Car theft 26th May 2023 Weatherfield Magistrates Court Guilty (unknown suspended sentence) Paul pleaded guilty to the crime. Paul avoided receiving a custodial sentence as he had been recently diagnosed with motor neurone disease.
