Lila Kaye (born 7th November 1929 in Middlesex, died 10th January 2012 in Worthing) appeared on Coronation Street between May and June 1966 as ice cream baroness Mary Bonnetti.

Her other credits include roles in Dixon of Dock Green, The Sleeper, David Copperfield, The Flaxton Boys, The Silver Sword, My Son Reuben, The Strange Affair of Adelaide Harris, The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby, The Forgotten Story, Pull the Other One, Mama Malone, The Invisible Man, Ellis Island, Bad Boyes, Cafe Americain and also appeared as headmistress Daphne Trout in the BBC children's series Bodger and Badger.

Film roles include The Fiction-Makers, See No Evil, Mr. Horatio Nibbles, The Black Panther, Quincy's Quest, An American Werewolf in London, Camille and Dragonworld.

On stage, she appeared in productions including The Taming of the Shrew, Julius Caesar, The Relapse (alongside Patrick Stewart and Ben Kingsley), Bartholomew Fair, Enemies, The Man of Mode, The Oz Trial, Murder in the Cathedral, Baal, The Suicide, Scenes from a Marriage and Voices from Prison for the Royal Shakespeare Company. Other works include Hans Anderson and Anna Christie.
